JENNIFER DOOLEY has spent nearly a decade building beloved consumer brands, driven by her uniquely creative and analytical approach to both tactical and strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to joining GTI, Jennifer led strategic Brand Development and Innovation at Storck USA, a family-owned German confectioner, known for National brands Werther’s Original, Toffifay, Mamba, merci and RIESEN. There, she brought to market dozens of new products, including brand re-positioning and the first non-confection product to come out of the classic Werther’s Original brand: a Caramel Popcorn that earned #1 ranks in the market and earned the Snack Category Product of the Year Award in 2015.
She also curated specialty products and ran the day to day brand operations for the Werther’s Original Caramel Shoppe in the Germany Pavilion at Walt Disney World’s Epcot.
Jennifer earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She graduated summa cum laude from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and English, while a member of The College’s NCAA Division I Cross Country and Track + Field teams.
Jennifer enjoys volunteer opportunities with youth in underserved communities, like Girls on the Run, an organization that seeks to motivate, empower and inspire young girls through athletically based goal-setting.
She currently resides in Chicago, loves Charleston, SC, stationary, a good pen, puns and trying new things: most recently boxing.
