VP, People + Culture
Eunice Kim approaches the ever so antiquated Human Resources function with a fresh, strategic, consultative perspective, and with a smile on her face. Her motto? “Bring the human back in Human Resources.”
Prior to joining GTI, Eunice was integral to the growth and development of HR teams from infancy to maturation at progressive, fast-paced, high-growth agencies; one of which was listed on Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago for 6 consecutive years, 4 at #1.
She is creative in her approach, is passionate about being a true partner to the business, and provides a forum for knowledge to empower managers and employees. As the VP of People at GTI, she believes the best cultures are built by putting people first, listening more and talking less, humility, transparency and integrity from leadership, appreciating the power of laughter, and the encouragement to be your truest self.
Eunice graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Human Relations.
You can find Eunice racking up splat points at an Orange Theory class, waiting in line for Brambleberry Crisp in a waffle cone at Jeni’s Ice Cream, traveling around the world, or catching some rays with a glass of rose in hand.
